Amazon’s VCS assessment test will take place in secure environment. Here’s how to process works based on real experience:
- After signing up you’ll be asked to download the secure browser in your laptop.
- It is complete online assessment. Camera and Mic should be properly working as you’ll need to give audio assessment in a stage of the test.
- The secure browser will not let you minimize the screen , so as to avoid cheatings.

Listening & Comprehension (Audio) This round is Audio based round after you’ll complete all the chat based response round. In this round audio will be played and you will have to record the audio in response. Similar to chat you’ll be checked on parameters of professionalism and others. It is going to be tough round as you have to quickly think and reply as per policy mentioned above in a most humble way. For eg: Suppose customer is frustrated and audio is played .. you’ll have to take care of your tome and companies interest everything in mind before replying.

After your audio recording test, there will be a personality test. Amazon will ask you number of questions what kind of person you are? It is a test to assess how you handle pressure, feedback and teamwork. You’ll have to chose between extremes and normal as per your personality.

- There is no time limit in the test, audio based questions will have 2 attempts to be listened . But you can take as much time as you can , so pause read each question carefully , listen carefully and then reply.
